Facilities exclusively for women are strictly prohibited for men, and violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion.

In the event of theft or violence occurring in the lounge, the perpetrator will be 100% responsible for compensation and legal liability.
Saigon Travel Lounge will take full responsibility for any accidents that occur due to the food and facilities provided, and promises to cover medical expenses and compensation for damages.
